Считаю инициативу абсолютно обоснованной и разумной. Во-первых, чтобы снести здание такой площади, а потом рекультивировать территорию, придется тратить деньги из бюджета, а это недешево. Во-вторых, действительно можно использовать данное сооружение для различных целей. Не только для реабилитации участников СВО. У нас есть сироты и малоимущие семьи, вдовы и матери погибших.
Думаю ,что следует обратиться к обществу или общественную палату для решения судьбы данного объекта.
