Как указал в комментарии к предыдущему репосту уважаемый один из бывших депутатов муниципалитета - Водоканал отвечает за здоровье людей и требуется вменение взяткополучателю состава преступления, связанного с угрозой здоровью граждан. На наш же взгляд ответственность если не уголовную, то дисциплинарную (минимум выговор от губернатора) должен нести мэр молчанов, так как Водоканал безусловно его зона ответственности перед гражданами.

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
