Переход на прямые договоры по отоплению при наличии ИТП

В Татарстане УО и теплоснабжающая организация судятся по поводу перехода собственников на прямые договоры по отоплению в домах с ИТП.

УО и ГЖИ считают такой переход возможным, ТСО — нет.

Сами суды не смогли прийти к единому мнению, что за магия происходит в теплообменнике — передача тепловой энергии или ее производство.

Итог: кассационная инстанция встала на сторону ресурсоснабжающей организации, очень подробно расписав свою позицию (сокращенную версию смотрите на скринах, а описание дела полностью можно прочитать на сайте).

Столь подробная мотивировка не убедила УО, и та сейчас подала жалобу в Верховный Суд РФ (дело № А65-20059/2023).

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
