#новина: вказане випливає з ухвали №991/2971/24 від 28.05.2024 Апеляційної палати Вищого антикорупційного суду (ВАКС) у справі колишнього голови Фонду державного майна Дмитра Сенніченка.
НАБУ надало суду отриману через "Дію" інформацію про пересування за кордоном одного із співорганізаторів незаконної схеми.
В ухвалі йдеться:
"IP-адреси, які використовували Особа_6 для входу в систему "#Дія", розташовані в Об'єднаних Арабських Еміратах, Австрії, Італії, Мальдівах та Туреччині, що підтверджується матеріалами справи"
Зазначимо, що функція визначення місця розташування в "Діє" є. Вона необхідна для отримання деяких послуг у програмі

Зв'язує ланку деякий Ігор Зотько, на якого записано низку юросіб, що здійснюють діяльність казино Pin-up на території України.
Також Зотько володіє платіжною системою ТОВ «Єдиний простір», що пов'язана з «Дія», саме через цю компанію проходять всі платежі, що сплачують громадяни у «Дії». Більше про у відео.
