Проект создан в развитие федеральной программы «Время героев» и учитывает специфику северного региона. Он направлена на подготовку руководящих кадров в органы власти, государственные и общественные компании из числа участников СВО.
Обучение начнется с июня и продлится до декабря 2025 года.
