🆘🤯 Сегодня на нашего товарища Михаила Смоктунова было совершено нападение!
Очевидная причина - деятельность по отстаиванию прав собственников МКД кв-л Мира, 9 в Берёзовке в правоотношениях с председателем ТСЖ!!!
Михаилом выиграно несколько судов, выявлено 12 миллионов долгов ТСЖ перед ресурсниками! Михаил добился перехода МКД под управление УК место ТСЖ.
Такой поворот событий, видимо, очень не устроил председателя ТСЖ Пулину. Председатель ТСЖ весь период судебных тяжб вела себя, на мой взгляд, неадекватно (имеются видеодоказательства).
И вот сегодня, в контексте всей этой ситуации, уже сын председателя ТСЖ при свидетелях напал на Михаила.
