По гулким двухэтажным переулочкам
ползёт туман и шмыгают коты.
На перекрёстке возле старой булочной
один фонарь торчит из темноты.

Ах эта сырость, тишина окраины,
осенняя отдушина души.
Любой, тут оказавшийся нечаянно,
поднимет воротник и заспешит.

Дворы темны, не испугаться просто ли?
Холодной прелью тянет от земли.
А мы тут пережили девяностые –
к двухтысячному гречку извели.

И не жужжали. Родина как родина.
ДК, Ильич и вата между рам.
Поездили туда-сюда, а ходики
протикали – и будя, по домам.

И утром выйдешь – простыни развешены,
в окошках жизни разные видны.
И рекетёра бывшего проплешина
растрогает до самой глубины.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
