Недавно на IEEE Spectrum вышла интересная статья про самоуправляемые машины, а точнее даже про Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) в Калифорнии. DMV хранит много данных и обязывает производителей беспилотных авто логировать события (disengagements) всякий раз, когда водитель-тестировщик берёт управление на себя.
Так вот, этих самых «disengagements» со временем становится меньше, правда, незначительно меньше. Выходит, что беспилотники очень медленно приближаются к своей цели (в абсолютном смысле) и ещё очень далеки от неё. Интересно, а у нас какой-нибудь ДИТ Москвы собирает такие данные от Яндекса и других (если другие есть)?

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
