По моему поручению будут введены дополнительные автобусные рейсы. В ближайшее время в рамках конкурса выберем предпринимателя.
Таким образом, их частота увеличится почти вдвое. Это также позволит ввести студенческие проездные билеты.
Решение принято, и дополнительные рейсы появятся в мае этого года.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled.
