Мол, снега там высокие, мерзлота — вечная, а углеводородов, возможно, целый Клондайк. Почему бы не увеличить сроки?
Проект готовится к первому чтению. И если всё пройдет ровно, то по весне уже станет законом. Других законотворческих активностей у бывшей губернаторицы пока не было. "Ханты" не исключают, что может и к лучшему.
