а я правильно понимаю, что в связи с запретом продажи энергетиков несовершеннолетним у нас внезапно появился механизм онлайн-продаж товаров с возрастным цензом? а то алкокоммерсы интересуются, чего мы тогда сиськи мнем... вроде как это было чуть ли основной преградой, что нет возможности проверять возраст покупателя при доставке... выходит, есть?
