Законопроект в Госдуму внесла Сардана Авксентьева из партии «Новые люди» в апреле 2023 года. Петицию против его принятия подписали почти 137 тыс. человек. На протяжении трех месяцев россияне выходили на пикеты и митинги. Они прошли Белгороде, Рязани, Уфе, Ижевске, Волгограде, Москве и других городах.

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
