Обремененная долгами компания была куплена в 2016 году «практически без оплаты», обеспечив электростанции «ОГК-2» собственным поставщиком экибастузского угля (трейдеру принадлежит угледобывающее предприятие ТОО «Ангренсор Энерго»).
Однако в настоящее время актив испытывает проблемы с ликвидностью, которые создают неопределенность в способности «Ангренсор Энерго» непрерывно продолжать свою работу, считает аудитор организации. Тем не менее, руководство ТОО уверено, что в будущем выйдет на рентабельность, утверждает РБК.
