🇹🇷 давайте посмотрим первые голосования. что мы видим в них?

✖️пока избирательный барьер преодолевает только 4 партии. они в сумме имеют только 79%. я думаю, что если эта тенденция не изменится к выборам, мы точно увидим коалиции со стороны претендентов на прохождение в парламент. условные варианты: YRP+SAADET или ZAFER+İYİ.

✖️мы видим, что меньше партий проходит в парламент, тем выше количество мандатов у этой четверки. это создает диспропорцию. в последней версии AKP с 30% получает 40% мандатов.

✖️даже в четырехпартийном парламенте мы видим проблемы с формированием большинства. математически реальны два варианта: CHP+DEM и AKP+DEM+MHP. но обе коалиции политически тяжело представить и кажутся очень нестабильными.

✖️но важно, что получение большинства при росте количества парламентских партий будет только усложнятся. и в таком случае возможен только приблизительный 🟠🔴🟣 коалиции.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
