Кратко основное, что изменилось:
▪️Повышена до 1 млн рублей (было 500 тыс руб) сумма долга, при которой можно упрощенно банкротиться.
▪️Снижена вдвое минимальная граница для инициирования банкротства, с 50 тыс руб до 25 тыс.
▪️Повторное внесудебное банкротство теперь доступно через 5 лет (было 10 лет).
▪️Упрощенно обанкротиться позволили пенсионерам и получателям пособий от государства - если долг по решению суда взыскивают более года и у них нет подходящего для взыскания имущества.
