لَو أنَّ النّاسَ سَمِعوا قَولَ اللّهِ عز و جل ورَسولِهِ ؛ لَأَعطَتهُمُ السَّماءُ قَطرَها ، وَالأَرضُ بَرَكَتَها ، ولَمَا اختَلَفَ في هذِهِ الاُمَّةِ سَيفانِ ، ولَأَكَلوها خَضراءَ خَضِرَةً إلى يَومِ القِيامَةِ .
اگر مردم سخن خدا و رسولش را به گوش مى گرفتند ، آسمانْ باران خويش را به آنان مى بخشيد و زمين بركتش را به ايشان عطا مى كرد و هيچ دو شمشيرى در اين امّت [به نزاع] ردّ و بدل نمى شد و تا روز رستاخيز ، مردم از سرسبزى و طراوت زمين مى خوردند و بهره مى بردند .
