Люблю такие исследования. Все разобрали по полочкам — понятно, откуда взялся тренд, куда идет и как его раскрывать / адаптировать в коммуникации.
Если кратко, то пара обязательных трендов идет в сторону человекоцентричности: поддержка и эмпатия, создание дружелюбного окружения (комьюнити).
В целом — а это очень заметно — коммуникация брендов с потребителями становится менее формальной и персонализированной и более эмоциональной и личной. Простой, открытой.
Еще важный блок — культурный код России. К нему бренды периодически обращаются, а тут код разобран именно с учетом происходящих событий и без банальностей типа «больше используйте кириллицу».

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
