Инициатива поступила со стороны народного депутата от партии «Голос» Инны Совсун. Документ содержит правовые гарантии для ЛГБТ-пар (имущество, наследство и др), но партнерство - это еще не брак.
По словам автора, этого требуют западные коллеги, а также необходимость отмены "русских скреп". «Как общество мы должны исправить большую несправедливость, когда у части граждан и гражданок меньше прав, чем у всех остальных», - заявила депутат.

But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon."
