Я с самого детства люблю вести блокноты. Пристрастие последних лет - блокноты желаний и исполненных мечт.
Простой способ: - Написать на 100-й странице свои желания (любые) - ежедневно, начиная с первой страницы, записывать синхроничности, произошедшие за день, говорящие о том, что у знакомого твоё желание исполнилось, в интернете или на улице попалась желаемая машина/квартира/влюблённая пара..диван))
Таким образом, перестраиваешься на волну достатка, позитива и веры в то, что желание может быть исполнено. Через три месяца с начала ведения блокнота у меня исполнялись половина желаний.
