По предварительным данным, в результате ненадлежащего оказания услуг по газоснабжению со стороны обслуживающей компании, в одной из квартир дома №9/1 в Сити Чесс из поврежденного газопровода произошла утечка газа, вследствие чего 13 декабря, примерно в 7:30 утра, произошел хлопок газовоздушной смеси, в результате которого 48-летняя жительница Элисты получила ожоги тела.
