يروى عن الإمام أبي حنيفة أنه كان يرى جواز القراءة في الصلاة باللغة الفارسية، وبنى بعض أصحابه على هذا القول -جوازها بالفارسية- جوازها بالتركية والهندية. وقد صحّ رجوعه عنها. والله اعلم. أمّا صاحباه فأجازاها للضرورة، أي للعاجز عن العربية، دون القادر على القراءة بها. وهذا ما تجري به الفتوى في مذهب الأحناف.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them.
