12-страничный буклет-путеводитель содержит основную информацию про столицу Заполярья, культовые и культурные места, краткий перечень магазинов, в которых можно приобрести что-нибудь на память о городе. Кроме того, в буклете перечислены рестораны, где можно отужинать не только европейской кухней, но и местной. Например, продолжающий работать и поныне «Полярные Зори» (отель Cosmos), а также уже почившие в бозе «Север» (на Профсоюзов) и «Встреч» (на Аскольдовцев).
