- земельный участок (кадастровый № 11:16:1705001:57) общей площадью 552 748 кв.м.
Ранее Министерством транспорта Российской Федерации было принято решение о создании на базе аэропорта Воркуты филиала Федерального казенного предприятия «Аэропорты Красноярья».
