Палестинское движение «Хамас» освободило в субботу, 22 февраля, еще пятерых заложников, которых удерживали в секторе Газа. Их передали сотрудникам Международного комитета Красного Креста в городе Рафах и лагере палестинских беженцев Нусейрат.

Изначально планировалось, что «Хамас» освободит шесть человек. Позднее стало известно, что шестого заложника передадут не публично. Речь идет о Хишаме Шаабан ас-Сайиде, страдающем психическим расстройством. Он ушел в Газу в 2015 году и пробыл в плену 10 лет.

До этого «Хамас» освободил 19 заложников, в том числе имеющего гражданство РФ и Израиля Александра Труфанова. Израилю также были переданы тела четырех погибших в плену, среди которых двое детей.

UPD. Палестинское движение «Хамас» передало Красному Кресту Хишама ас-Сайида, сообщила израильская армия.
