Особенно долго, около 20 минут, Путин плакал после общения с военными, которые сказали ему, что не знают, чем действительно эффективно ответить Украине на ситуацию с мостом, и что лучше помириться с врагом (мы инсайдили об этом).
Также три-четыре раза Путин срывался и кричал на своих подчиненных. При этом с врачами он уединялся всего один раз, и ненадолго – примерно на 30 минут.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
