Определили лидера программы наставничества в ГК КСК по итогам 2024 года.

В 2024 году электросварщик предприятия КСК МК Сергей Кутаев стал наставником для десяти коллег. В течение года среди его учеников были начинающие специалисты и сотрудники, осваивающие смежные профессии стропальщика и крановщика.

Программа наставничества по рабочим специальностям действует в периметре холдинга с 2017 года, ее куратором выступает Учебно-консультационный центр КСК. Сейчас в программе участвуют 746 наставников и 1118 учеников из восьми предприятий ГК КСК. За 2024 год общая длительность обучения составила свыше 253 тысяч часов, этот показатель эквивалентен 29 годам.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
