Трагедия в физкультурно-оздоровительном комплексе Починковского района — в бассейне утонул преподаватель местного техникума. 33-летний Михаил Хромушев страдал эпилепсией, но в ФОКе этого не знали. Так же в бассейне должен всегда находится спасатель, который должен смотреть за пловцами, но спасатель почему-то смотрел не туда. Для семьи погибшего это вторая потеря — несколько лет назад его сестра, также страдавшая эпилепсией, внезапно упала, ударилась головой о камень и погибла.
