Глава ведомства Дмитрий Патрушев сообщил сегодня, что правительство смогло выделить средства на продолжение программы. При этом он подчеркнул, что в настоящее время выдача кредитов будет производиться не в таких объемах, как раньше, однако «небольшие выдачи по сельской ипотеке будут». Точный объем выделенных на программу тоже пока неизвестен, равно как и их источник. Финансовые аналитики отмечают, что власти пересматривают льготные программы ипотеки после решения ЦБ повысить ключевую ставку. То, что Минсельхоз вроде как и может получить «добро» на «сельскую ипотеку». это радует, но вот объёмы это кредитования, равно как и возможные барьеры для населения, решившего построить себе дом на селе от «щедрот чиновников», пока неизвестны.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
