«Я вас три недели не видел! Я понимаю, отдохнул немножко. Три недели...Мне неинтересно, вы на связи или нет. Вы должны быть на месте, вы министр огромной системы здравоохранения. Три недели вас не было здесь в Уфе. Специальная военная операция закончится, перейдем в нормальный режим. Сейчас режим немножко другой».

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
