📍Продолжаю мониторить лимиты по семейной ипотеке. Знаете, похоже, что в течение недели-двух они закончатся у СБЕР-а и у Альфа-банка. И это сейчас ключевые банки где еще можно взять семейку с первоначальным взносом 20%. А в остальных банках, как пишут подписчики, ситуация примерно следующая:
- ДОМ.РФ — занижают лимиты, одобрить 12 млн руб. — проблематично.
- ВТБ и Газпромбанк — для не зарплатных клиентов, первоначальный взнос от 30%.
🔖 Вот такие дела. Увы, думаю, что новых лимитов по старым критериям (ставка 6%) мы вряд ли увидим. Лично я жду такие новые условия по семейке: плавающую ставку, или ставку не менее 12% годовых.
