На наш взгляд, это говорит о том, что федеральные кураторы губернатора Малкова задействуют все ресурсы, чтобы показать состоятельность нового главы региона. Сам Малков пока особо себя не проявил, но в целом работает. И общественное мнение о нем уже не столь негативное как на первых порах.
