В Калужской области продолжаются кадровые перестановки. Вчера в отставку ушёл Андрей Колпаков, уполномоченный по правам предпринимателей. Правда, когда о ней было объявлено большая часть калужан едва вспомнила кто такой Колпаков и чем он должен заниматься. А меньшая была и не в курсе, что бизнес -омбудсмен в Калуге вообще есть в природе. В последние года три Колпакова было не видно и не слышно. Словно его и нет. И поэтому удивительно, что отставка произошла всего лишь сейчас. Про нового бизнес -омбудсмена Анатолия Косинского можно сказать, что это человек из предпринимательского сообщества. О бизнесе знает не по наслышке. Что же, будем наблюдать, как он будет работать. Надеемся не превратится в омбудсмена-невидимку.
