❤️ Подводим итоги благотворительной акции «Лента добрых дел». В 2023 году она прошла в девятый раз в 254 гипермаркетах во всех городах присутствия.
🎄В магазинах устанавливали ёлки с открытками, на которых написаны желания воспитанников государственных детских домов и специальных учреждений. Это организации, которым «Лента» систематически оказывает помощь. Покупатели приобретали подарки и оставляли пожелания на специальных открытках. Перед Новым годом сотрудники компании передали подарки 12 982 воспитанникам 249 социальных учреждений.
🛒 Покупатели приобрели почти 66 % всех подарков, остальные, на сумму более 2 млн рублей, – «Лента». В 46 магазинах клиенты полностью выкупили все презенты. В подготовке акции приняли участие более 1500 сотрудников торговой сети.
✅ За девять лет благодаря акции исполнились новогодние желания более 89 500 детей.

But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
