Улица Кузнецова – одна из немногих в Томске, где сохранился целый ряд исторических построек, поэтому портить её внешний вид, нарушая утверждённые правила, нельзя. Эта ситуация ещё раз доказывает, что границы исторического центра Томска должны быть утверждены и все ограничения в этих границах должны стать незыблемыми для всех.
