В нашей жральной семье существует 7 завтраков, которые мы рандомно чередуем за неделю, с понедельника цикл повторяется 🙃
Итак: 1️⃣сырники (классика) 2️⃣каша (чередуем гречку, овсянку, пшенную, рисовую на кокосовом молоке, вермишель) 3️⃣блюда из яиц (омлет, вареные, яичница) 4️⃣Блины (редко готовлю сама на завтрак, чаще покупные: вкусвилл или ермолино) 5️⃣ Вафли (чаще всего с арахисовой пастой, медом и бананом) 6️⃣ Бутер с авокадо и рыбой (когда не лень еще яйцо-пашот) 7️⃣ Лепешки с начинкой (все что на фото, в конце обжариваем лепешку с 2 сторон)

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
