Как регион будет возвращать эти деньги – неясно. Более того, проценты-то капают – в следующем году только на эти цели уйдет 1,5 млрд рублей.
Все это говорит о том, что команда Лимаренко не справляется с планированием бюджета. А возвращать-то эти деньги будут из налогов простых островитян.
