Гришин по ходу дела наябедничал Чибису , что администрация Мурманска отказалась от поставки оборудования для ремонта дорог по технологии холодного асфальтирования, ну, той, которая позволяет асфальт прямо на снег фигачить.
На просьбу губернатора прокомментировать ситуацию глава администрации областного центра Евгений Никора слегка озадачился утверждение Артёма "низкотемпературный асфальт" Гришина и потребовал пруфы в студию!
«Мне это тоже интересно» (с). Одним словом, затребовал от министра бумагу с таким отказом за его подписью.
