Несмотря на то, что общее число выходов российских брендов сократилось с 35 в 2023 году до 19 в 2024 году, в категории «товаров для дома» динамика обратная. С 1 магазина в 2023 году до 4 магазинов в 2024:
1. Askona открыла второй магазин в Дубае в ТЦ Festival City Mall летом, мы тогда удивились, что в соцсетях бренд этим не хвастался.
2. В марте 2024 г. в ТЦ Dubai Mall открылся первый бутик Bork.
3. Производитель товаров для дома Küchenland открыл два магазина в ОАЭ, последний – в апреле в Dubai Hills Mall. Оба магазина занимают площадь 400 кв. м.
4. Fix Price открыла первую точку в ОАЭ летом, о чем стало известно только из операционного отчета ритейлера за апрель-июнь.
Мебельный магазин Dantone Home в 2023 и 2024 гг. открыл в Дубае два шоурума (площадь второго – 2500 м²). Но Nikoliers не стали выделять отдельно эту категорию, хотя в других, таких как «одежда и обувь» и «ювелирные изделия» было тоже по одному открытию за 2024 год.
