В торжественных мероприятиях приняли участие - советник Президента Никарагуа Лауреано Ортега, Министр иностранных дел Никарагуа Вальдрак Джентске, представители различных правительственных учреждений и ведомств Никарагуа, дипломаты, аккредитованные в Никарагуа.
