Պաշտպանության նախարարները քննարկել են Հայաստան-Բելգիա համագործակցությանն առնչվող հարցեր։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում արձանագրվել է, որ համագործակցությունն ունի մեծ հեռանկար, և պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել՝ շարունակելու աշխատանքները փոխգործակցության զարգացման ուղղությամբ։ ___
On February 14, in the framework of his working visit to the Federal Republic of Germany, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan met with the Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of Belgium Theo Francken.
Minister Papikyan congratulated his counterpart on assuming office, wished him success, and expressed hope that Armenia-Belgium cooperation in the defence sector would continue to develop and expand.
The Defence Ministers discussed topics related to bilateral cooperation. During the meeting, it was emphasized that the partnership holds significant potential, and an agreement was reached to continue efforts toward its further development. ___
В рамках рабочего визита в ФРГ министр обороны РА Сурен Папикян 14 февраля встретился с министром обороны Королевства Бельгия Тео Франкеном.
Сурен Папикян поздравил коллегу с вступлением в должность, пожелал успехов и выразил надежду, что сотрудничество Армения-Бельгия в сфере обороны будет развиваться и расширяться.
Министры обороны обсудили вопросы, касающиеся сотрудничества Армения-Бельгия. В ходе встречи было отмечено, что сотрудничество имеет большие перспективы, и была достигнута договоренность о продолжении работ по развитию взаимодействия.

"Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
