Ночные пейзажи преобразились под покровом белоснежного одеяла, но для наших дорожников это сигнал к действию. 🚜

🚜Ночью на уборку региональных дорог вышло 38 единиц специализированной техники. Было использовано более 700 тонн противогололёдных материалов. Дорожные службы оперативно приступили к расчистке автодорог, тротуаров и автобусные остановки, чтобы обеспечить безопасность движения и комфорт всем участникам дорожного движения. 🛣

В настоящее время работает порядка 100 единиц техники. Дорожно-транспортных происшествий не допущено.

📎Для удобства жителей существует специальный чат-бот @Roadmonitor_bot, где можно сообщить о проблемах на региональных автодорогах, таких как не убранный снег, ямы и опасные участки

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links.
