Задержанные преимущественно дети мигрантов из Азербайджана.

Пока поймали троих, из более чем 10 специалистов. Среди них 16-летний Мурад Г., гражданин Азербайджана 20-летний Малик Аскаров и 16-летний Андрей С. Они задержаны, следователи ищут других участников многонациональной банды.

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights.
