Сегодня, ко дню освобождения города Дебальцево от украинских карателей, в сквере 60-летия СССР состоялось открытие памятника Защитника Отечества.

На открытии присутствовали участники освобождения города, почётные гости и жители города Дебальцево.

Мы обязаны помнить «Чернухино-Дебальцевскую операцию», обязаны чтить героев – которых уже нет и тех, которые в строю, продолжают бой. Мы должны помнить тех мирных жителей, которые принимали участие в освобождении Дебальцево.

Также, отдали дань памяти и уважения погибщим воинам и мирным жителям, возле монумента «Дебальцевская операция. Их имена бессмертны».

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
