Американскую корпорацию признали виновной в административном правонарушении, предусмотренном частью 5 статьи 13.41 КоАП, из-за роликов на YouTube про войну в Украине, в которых говорилось о потерях армии России, жертвах среди мирного населения и планах по применению ядерного оружия. Роскомнадзор счел информацию в этих видео недостоверной. Регулятор также вменил Google распространение «ЛГБТ-пропаганды» и «экстремистских» материалов.
Это уже третий оборотный штраф корпорации за отказ удалить контент по требованию российских властей.
