Его намереваются построить рядом со скандальным мусорным полигоном «Малинки» в Краснопахорском районе Новой Москвы. Вблизи находятся СНТ и несколько поселений, где проживают местные, которые уже довольно давно протестуют как против строительства кладбища в целом, так и против вырубки деревьев на участке.
