По предварительной информации, около одного из домов, расположенных на улице Кирова в Люберцах, неизвестные нанесли телесные повреждения заявителю, который в дальнейшем обратился в медицинское учреждение.
Потерпевший направлен на проведение судебно-медицинской экспертизы.
В результате проведенных мероприятий полицейскими установлены и доставлены в территориальный отдел полиции трое подозреваемых в противоправном деянии в возрасте от 24 до 27 лет для дальнейшего разбирательства.
По данному факту дознавателем отдела дознания МУ МВД возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 2 ст. 115 УК РФ.
