Делаю сейчас небольшие лепешки)
Готовим: 🩷Опара: 10 гр дрожжей (живых) + 115 мл теплой воды + чуть меньше 1 ч л сахара + 50 гр муки. Размешать до однородной массы. На 15 минут в тепло.
🩷Тесто 150 гр просеянной муки+ 1/2 ч л соли - к дрожжевой смеси. + 15 мл оливкового масла. Замесить тесто. В тепло на 25 минут. смазать пальчики маслом и растянуть колобочек на противень лепешкой.
🩷Пальчиками, смазанными маслом, сделать «лунки». Посыпать травками и морской солью. Подрезать на кусочки прям в сыром виде
🩷20-25 минут в духовке 230 градусов (В зависимости от мощности духовки ) Если тесто грубовато- накрыть мокрым полотенчиком) Приятного аппетита 👶 К супчику, к кофе, пожевать🙈
