Берем:
-Мидии варено-мороженые
-Масло гхи
-Томатная пассата
-Чеснок
-Петрушка
-Соль, черный перец

Готовим:
1. Размораживаем, промываем мидии.

2. Разогреваем на сковородке масло гхи.

3. Кладем мидии, обжариваем 5 минут и добавляем чеснок, соль, перец.

4. Добавляем томатную пассату. Тушим 10 минут. Посыпаем петрушкой, закрываем крышкой и выключаем огонь.

5. Подаем со спагетти или рисом.
