📃مقدمه:
معاونت علمی، فناوری و اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان ریاست محترم جمهوری نقش کلیدی در توسعه اقتصادی و ارتقای جایگاه علمی و فناوری کشور دارد. با توجه به اهمیت اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان و ضرورت توسعه زیست‌بوم‌های نوآوری، این گزارش سیاستی با هدف ارائه راهکارهای اجرایی به رئیس‌جمهور جهت تقویت و گسترش این حوزه‌ها تهیه شده است.
این برنامه جامع و استراتژیک با هدف توسعه علمی و فناوری، ارتقای جایگاه ایران در اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان جهانی، تقویت زیرساخت‌های فناوری و نوآوری، حمایت از شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان و استارتاپ‌ها، توسعه منابع انسانی متخصص، ایجاد زیرساخت و گسترش مراکز نوآوری فرهنگی، توسعه زیست‌بوم صنایع خالق و فرهنگ‌بنیان و ترویج مفهوم نوآوری اجتماعی تهیه شده است. امید است با اجرای موفق این برنامه، شاهد تحولات چشمگیر در حوزه علم و فناوری کشور باشیم.

📃Introduction:
The Vice Presidency for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy plays a pivotal role in the economic development and enhancement of the country's scientific and technological standing. Given the importance of a knowledge-based economy and the necessity of developing innovation ecosystems, this policy report has been prepared to provide actionable recommendations to the president to strengthen and expand these areas.
This comprehensive and strategic program has been designed with the goal of advancing science and technology, elevating Iran's position in the global knowledge-based economy, strengthening technology and innovation infrastructures, supporting knowledge-based companies and startups, developing specialized human resources, creating infrastructure and expanding cultural innovation centers, developing the ecosystem of creative and culture-based industries, and promoting the concept of social innovation. It is hoped that the successful implementation of this program will lead to significant advancements in the country's science and technology sector.
