На 58% подорожала красная икра в России за три месяца
В июле 100 граммов икры можно было в среднем купить за 780 рублей, в октябре — уже за 1230 рублей, посчитали для «Сирены» аналитики проекта «Цены сегодня». За последние три года, с октября 2021 года, красная икра подорожала на 85%.
Причина роста цен на икру — в ее дефиците из-за снижения вылова лососевых на Дальнем Востоке. По данным РБК, в этом году он может стать рекордно низким за последние 20 лет.
В сентябре глава Росрыболовства Илья Шестаков прогнозировал, что вылов лососевых по итогом 2024 года составит 250-260 тысяч тонн. По итогам прошлого года он был равен 600 тысячам тонн.
